Our Team

The owner and founder behind Russ’s Wrench, Russ has been chasing his passion for entrepreneurship and automotive repair since he was ten years. Russ has channeled his passion and vision for helping others and his community by using his business as a vehicle for volunteerism and community outreach. As the two time President of the Hunterdon County chapter of the Friendly Sons of St Patrick, Russ spends many nights and weekends helping disadvantaged members within our community by fundraising, donating car repairs, and maintaining the town signs. Russ lives on Lake Mohawk with his 3 boys and wife, Victoria.

Victoria opened the business with Russ in 2014 initially operating the front office. She now works behind the scenes in marketing and is homeschooling and raising three boys with Russ.

Becky has been with the team for 6 years. She is an indispensable asset working the back office, marketing, and coordinating all events. She has three boys and loves being active outdoors.

Born and raised in Newark NJ, Manny is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese! He's an Army Veteran, serving in the first Gulf War, and in his spare time, he likes to hunt, ride motorcycles, and spend time with his wife and twin sons. Manny has been in the automotive industry for 37 years and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to European cars.

Nick has been with our shop for the past six years. He’s always been a huge asset to the team with his great sense of humor and can-do attitude. Nick lives in Pohatcong with his wife Lauren. In their spare time, he enjoys kayaking and working on his project cars.

Avery has been serving our team for 4 years. In that time he has grown his skill level tremendously and is such an important asset to our team. Avery acts as a mediator between our customers and our technicians in the office but is truly so much more than that. He is such a loved member of our team. In his spare time, Avery likes to golf and volunteers in our community as a member of the FSSP.

Todd has worked with the team for four years, specializing in foreign cars, specifically Audi and Volkswagen. He has a beautiful wife and is an amazing, involved dad to his 3 kids.

Kyle has been in the automotive industry for 9 years and has been a part of our team for the last year. Kyle enjoys working on all European cars, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagens etc. He has two kids and loves shooting pool, golf, and fishing.

“Bruce” has been in the automotive industry for four years, and a member of our team for 1.5 years, he enjoys working on all makes and models. In his spare time, he likes to golf and spend time outdoors hiking.

Thomas, aka “Pony” is one of our newest additions to the team, but has quickly become a valuable member. Pony is an ASE-certified Master Technician and has spent ten years in the automotive industry learning the ins and outs of domestic vehicles and diesel engines. In his spare team, he enjoys working on and riding motorcycles.

Jimmy started as an apprentice at the shop 4 years ago. He has since focused his career goals on race car repairs while he is finishing up his schooling at UNOH. He comes and works at the shop during the summer and on his breaks. We love having him here whenever we can get him!

Tim spent the last four years serving as a firefighter in the Marines. Now, he's dipping his toes in the water and following his love of cars into the automotive industry. When Tim isn't learning at the shop, he's helping out his community with his involvement in the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick - Hunterdon County Chapter and volunteering at the Town of Clinton Fire Department.
